Bosmeri Chieftain

How I picture a Bosmeri clan chieftain in Valenwood. He wears fine leather, silk, and the bones and feathers of fearsome animals. I got the idea of the skull headdress from the in-game artifact the Helm of Oreyn Bearclaw.

His face, hands and boots are terrible, but the rest I actually really like.
